摘要
无功功率是影响电压稳定和产生电损的一个重要因素,它关系到整个电力系统
安全稳定的运行。无功补偿技术是多年来研究的重点。随着技术的不断进步和发展,
各种设备工作时所需要的无功功率不断增大,无功功率在电力网络中的分布也越来
越复杂,因此对无功补偿的要求也越来越高。现有无功补偿系统普遍存在投切振荡、
投切方式不合理、不能和电力部门组成一个实时通讯系统等问题。
在分析现有各种系统优缺点的基础上,我们设计了无功补偿自动控制系统:完
成了电压、电流采集和转换电路,以S3C44B0X为核心的控制电路,由19264点阵液
晶和键盘构成的人机接口电路;实现了实时检测电网中的电压、电流和计算功率因
数的功能;设计了根据功率因数投切电容器的算法。本系统能够实时显示电压、电
流、功率因数、投切电容组状态等参数,同时可根据用户需要修改功率因数上、下
限,投切延时等参数,并有语音报警功能。
针对传统无功补偿系统,我们根据现场情况设置投切延时并采用闭锁功能,解
决了投切振荡的问题;改变原有不合理的电容投切方式,由先投后切改为先投先切,
改变电容分组方式,由非等容分组改为等容分组,延长了电容的使用寿命;采用GPRS
通讯解决了不能和电力部门组成了一个实时通讯系统等问题。系统已完成原型开发,
并已通过了初步测试。

Abstract
Reactive power is an important factor to the voltage stability and power lossing,and
it is also related to secure and steady operation of the power systems. So it is the
researching emphases. With the developing of the technology,there active power demand
is increased continuously, and the distributing of reactive power in the power system
es more and plex,so the requirement of reactive pensation is
increasingly rigorous. Now the equipments have the problems that casting or cutting off
capacitors surge, the method of castting or cutting off the capacitor is unreasonable, the
equipments cant’s consist minication systerm with the power department and so on.
After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of traditional equipments, We
designed reactive power automatic controller basing on S3C44B0X,realized the function
of measuring voltage、current and the power factor, finished the arithmetic of castting or
cutting the capacitor basing on power factor. The control apparatus can display the
condition of voltage, current, power factor and capacitors operation, and have the function
of warning and botoming. Moreover users can set some parameters such as power factor
upper limit, lower limit and so on.
We solve the problem of the
