摘要
VoIP 的蓬勃发展使得语音网关技术日益成熟,而基于 SIP 协议的网关则成为业
界的主流选择。但随着企业规模的扩大,其部署传统 PSTN 网络的规模也越来越大
时,企业通信网络 IP 化的重要性以及必要性日渐显现,因为同时维护两套通信网络
的成本已经上升到了企业难以忽视的地步。基于大量支持 SIP 的 IP-PBX 得以部署的
事实,本文设计并实现了一种新型 SIP 语音网关,从而以达到促进企业全网 IP 化的
目的。
本文简单介绍了 SIP 通信协议,并介绍了基于 SIP 的语音网关的发展现状,在
此基础上,提出、并设计实现了 SIP Trunk 这样一种新型语音网关。SIP Trunk 提供了
一种类似于传统 PSTN 中继的虚拟 SIP 中继来使企业 IP-PBX 与外部的
电话运营商之间通过 IP 进行直接互连。在这种网络架构中,企业所有的外部呼叫均
通过该 SIP 中继路由到 ITSP 来完成。企业内只需要部署 SIP 软电话即可,且维护
容易,成本低廉。为了验证 SIP Trunk 的可用性,本文设计了包括功能测试、规格
性能测试以及稳定性测试等在内的较为完备的测试方案,并进行了认真、细致的测
试;同时相关课题成果作为企业产品进行了实地测试,效果良好。充分证明了 SIP
Trunk 不仅能够与原有 SIP 语音功能兼容,更能够节约企业管理成本、促进企业全
网 IP 化的建设。

Abstract
The rapid development of VoIP also contributes to make the voice gateway
technology e more and more mature, especially SIP-based gateways have e
the mainstream of the enterprise's choice. However, with the development of digital
communication technology, the expansion of business scale and the growing scale of the
traditional work inside pany, more and more enterprises begin to realize
the benefits of a total IP based work. Because the cost of
maintaining works has risen to the point which is difficult to
ignore, a total IP based work has e a valuable subject
to research on. Based on the fact that a large number of SIP-based IP-PBX have been
deployed, this paper designed and implemented a new type of SIP voice gateway which
can improve the IP based work.
This paper briefly described the munication protocol and the development
status of SIP-based voice gateway. On this basis, designed and implemented a new type of
voice gateway which is SIP Trunk. The SIP Trunk provides a virtual SIP relay which is
similar to the traditional PSTN relay to enable the direct interconnection between the
internal IP-PBX of enterprises and the external IP phone operators. In this
