摘要
随着我国经济的增长,旅游业得到了长足的发展,在我国经济建设的地位
也日益重要。由于人们的收入水平和城市化水平的不断提高,国内外旅游需求
不断扩大,旅游业逐步成为我国城市经济发展的核心产业。我国各个城市已经
将旅游业作为自身经济发展新的增长点。但是制约旅游业发展的问题也随之显
现,如粗放式的旅游景点开发,城市间旅游业的恶性竞争等。山西作为我国旅
游大省,如何利用自身资源优势发展各个主要城市的旅游业,从而提升自身的
整体旅游竞争力,是个值得研究的课题。
本文以随机发放且收回的份有效调查问卷为样本,首先,通过因子分
析法和主成分分析法,运用软件对问卷的信度和效度进行分析,通过
对不适合指标的删除和修正,最终形成了由 5 个一级指标 15 个二级指标组成的
城市旅游竞争力评价体系。分析了游客选择哪个城市作为旅游目的地这一动机
与旅游支持因素、需求条件、资源禀赋、区位条件以及目的地管理五个因素存
在着关系。其次,本文尝试借鉴结构方程模型的方法,结合旅游学、经济学、
城市学中旅游竞争力的特点,针对山西城市旅游发展的实际情况,对山西城市
旅游竞争力评价体系进行深入研究和分析,以促进山西城市旅游竞争力评价研
究不断向新的方向拓展。运用软件对山西城市旅游支持因素、需求
条件、资源禀赋、区位条件以及目的地管理五个因素之间的因果关系进行分析
研究。从更具操作性的角度,探讨了山西城市旅游竞争力的影响因素,依照山
西城市的发展现状和特色,提出了其发展的对策和建议,使得山西各个主要城
市旅游之间形成优势互补、互利共赢的局面,共同支撑和发展山西旅游业,提
升山西整体旅游形象。

Abstract
With China's economic growth,tourism has gained considerable progress,the status of
economic development in China also es increasingly the advancement of
people's e and urbanization,tourism has gradually e the core of the city's economic
development industry, with the increasing domestic and international tourism 's cities
have placed tourism as a new economic growth , the problem restricting the
development of tourism also occurs,such as the extensive development of tour places,vicious
competition between the tourism industry among the different shanxi as a tourism
province of china,it is a worthy subject to study how to use their own resources in all major cities to
develop tourism,so as to enhance their petitiveness in tourism.
The paper is based on the 480 samples of valid ,through factor analysis,
principal ponent analysis,the questionnaire used software to analyze reliability
and validity by the removal and amendments of unsuitable indicators and ultimately formed a urban
