现代新传染病流行影响因素分析及防治对策研究
摘要
了解现代 EID 流行的各种复杂因素建立与其相适应的对 EID 的监测和反
应体系有利于制订正确 EID 的防治战略决策本文旨在为面向 21 世纪的我国
EID 防治研究提供发展战略和具体措施主要研究方法文献查询统计分析
比较分析案例分析专家访谈法 EID 的发生和流行是由多种复杂因素共同
作用的结果因而人类应高度警惕和重视现代 EID 流行暴发加强疾病监测
和反应扩大流行病学研究提高 EID 的预警和监测能力开发和推广新的诊
断试剂加大病毒性传染病疫苗的研究和开发加强基础研究和必要的技术储
备建立预防咨询和决策机构的信息系统网络加强对医源性感染的控制等
都是现代 EID 防治中不可忽视的方面最后对论文主要观点进行总结并提出
EID 防治对策必须包括的四个基本要素和九个方面的 EID 防治目标领域

Analysis of Influential Factors in Emergence and Preliminary
Countermeasures of Emerging Infectious Diseases
Abstract
In order to provide the macroscopic decision-making proposals of the
surveillance and response for emerging infectious diseases (EID) strategically, The
plicated epidemic factors of EID was analysized. The thesis is to provide
strategy and detailed proposals for EID prevention and cure study in the 21st century.
The major study methods include document retrieval, statistical analysis,
comparative analysis, case analysis and Delphi method. The emergence and spread
of EID are caused by plicated set of factors, the convergence of which can lead
to consequence of disease much greater than any single might suggest. The
emergence of EID must be highly guarded and recongnized, which include
improving global surveillance and response of EID, enhacing epidemiological
investigation, increasing the early-warning capacity of EID, developing and
extending the new diagnostics, increasing development and research of viral
infectious diseases, strengthening basic research and essentially technological
stockpile, establishing information work for prevention, consultation,
decision-anization, controlling the ial for
preventing emerging infectious diseases include four elements,which contain
surveillance and response,applied research,infrastructure and training, prevention and
contorl,and nine target a
