电力通信网可靠性评估指标体系的设计与优化

摘要
随着科技的进步和社会的发展,智能电网对自动化水平有着更高的要求,所
以,电力通信在电力系统中的作用也会越来越重要。由于电力通信网支撑着许多
重要的电力系统业务,其可靠性水平从很大程度上影响着智能电网的安全、稳定、
经济、优质运行。要了解电力通信网的可靠性情况,首先就要制定完备的标准规
范作为电力通信网评估考核的依据。本文基于电力系统通信业务对电力通信网的
通信需求,设计并制定了一套电力通信网可靠性评估指标体系,为电力通信网的
可靠性评估工作提供依据。
本文根据电力通信网的实际发展情况,分析了电力系统通信业务对电力通信
网的各方面需求,进而对电力通信网的可靠性问题进行研究。以电力、通信领域
的相关国家标准、行业标准以及电力通信网实际运行维护经验为依据,分析并总
结了电力系统通信业务对电力通信网的详细需求。根据分析总结成果,制定了指
标体系的设计方案,初步构建了电力通信网可靠性评估指标体系。然后,通过对
指标体系存在的常见问题进行分析,制定了相应的指标体系优化方案,并对电力
通信网可靠性评估指标体系进行了具体优化。其中,采用数理统计学中的相关理
论方法对评估指标体系的有效性及可靠性进行检验和优化,提高了指标体系的有
效性和可靠性;采用层次分析法、相容矩阵法计算了指标权重,并采用相关系数
法对指标权重进行了优化,消除了指标相关性的负面影响;运用神经网络分析方
法获取了指标贡献度,并结合指标权重综合考虑,剔除冗余指标,降低了指标体
系的冗余度。完成了电力通信网可靠性评估指标体系的设计与优化工作后,运用
(C#)和 MSSQL 技术实现了电力通信网可靠性评估系统。
