摘要
随着信息时代的到来,信息技术的应用已渗透到各行各业的方方面面,以计
算机及计算机网络为基础的信息管理系统,在技术上得到了突飞猛进的发展。近几
年来,高职院校办学规模的不断扩大,学生人数越来越多,学生信息也越来越庞大。
以往采用人工管理学生信息的方法不仅需要消耗大量的人力、物力、财力,而且效
率低下,容易出现各种各样的失误。计算机技术的发展,计算机管理软件的出现
使大量繁琐复杂的问题变的简单易行。
基于对软件开发的基本原理、工作过程的学习和了解,本文介绍了学生信息
管理系统设计的全过程,并且利用 Borland Delphi 和 Microsoft Access 2003
实现了该系统。系统主要包括五部分功能,分别是院级系部管理功能、班级管理功
能、学生管理功能、成绩管理功能、输出打印功能。通过对数据库中成绩信息和学
生信息进行相关的统计,实现了以班级为单位的成绩分析,并生成成绩分布的直方
图。本系统提供了两种不同权限的角色用户来管理和操作本信息管理系统;成绩管
理系统中,提供了统计分析的功能;对于原始数据,该系统还提供了导入功能。

Abstract
As the information ing, the application of information technology has
rated into all aspects of industry, the Information Management System based on
computer work get a great development in technology. Recently,with
the scale of college constantly expanding, the amount of students and students
information is also e astronomical more and more. The manual management of the
information not only consumes much in manpower、material and financial resources, but
also makes low efficiency and is prone to all sorts of lapses. As the rapid development of
Computer Technology, computer management software makes plicated
questions e much easier.
This article is based on the principle of software development and the studying of
work process. It introduces the integrated process of the information management
System Design, actualizes the system essfully by making use of Borland Delphi
and Microsoft Access 2003. The system mainly provides five function modules, which
includes School-level and Department Management Function, Class Management
Function, Student Management Function, Grade Management Function, and Printout
Function. Utilizing the relevant statistics to Grade information and student information in
Database, This system realizes the grade analysis to a class as a unit and generates a
histogr
