女性创业者工作家庭冲突及其应对策略与创业绩效的关系研究

女性创业者通常面临很高的工作家庭冲突,她们一方面要积极打拼自己的
事业,另一方面又要履行家庭职责。在这种双重压力之下,女性创业者都纷纷
采用各种方式加以应对。一些人成功应对取得了事业和家庭的双丰收;另一些
人虽然在事业上取得了成功,但在家庭方面却背上了沉重的包袱,有的甚至于
离婚;而更多的人则是家庭、事业两败俱伤。
本论文的研究目的就在于考察女性创业者工作家庭冲突及其应对策略对创
业绩效的影响。本研究主要分为四个部分:第一,通过广泛阅读国内外相关文
献,提出工作家庭冲突及其应对策略和创业绩效的相关假设;第二,借鉴国内
外应用较多的工作家庭冲突、应对策略和创业绩效量表对被试样本进行问卷调
查;第三,通过对采集来的数据进行因子分析,分别得出工作家庭冲
突、应对策略和创业绩效所代表的题目,然后采用单因素方差分析,得出个人
统计变量对工作家庭冲突、应对策略、创业绩效的显著差异分析,排除个人统
计变量的影响后,利用相关分析和回归分析对以上各个变量之间的关系进行分
析;第四,通过分析讨论得出以下主要结论:
(1)女性创业者的工作家庭冲突处于中等水平,其中工作→家庭冲突高于
家庭→工作冲突。
(2)女性创业者的创业绩效处于中等偏下水平,其中生存绩效水平高于生
涯满意度和成长绩效。
(3)女性创业者的工作家庭冲突及其应对策略和创业绩效的部分维度在人
口属性(年龄、婚姻状况、子女状况和学历)上存在显著差异。
(4)女性创业者的工作家庭冲突与其应对策略之间部分存在相关性。
(5)女性创业者的工作→家庭冲突与创业绩效呈一定的正相关关系,而家
庭→工作冲突与创业绩效呈一定的负相关关系。
(6)女性创业者的工作家庭冲突应对策略的部分维度与创业绩效各个维度
均存在相关性。

Abstract
Female entrepreneurs often experience great work-family conflict. On one hand,
they need to work hard for the new venture. On the other hand, they have to be
distracted by family responsibility .Under two these pressure, female entrepreneurs
figure out various ways to cope it. Someone eeded to e it and achieved
plishment of their business and happiness of their family. Others had to afford
a big family burden, or had to get divorced, when they obtained business ess.
But to most of them, their family and business were both essful.
This dissertation is aimed to examine the impact which work-family conflict
and coping stragegies play on the new venture performance. This research mainly
divided into four parts: firstly, extensive reading related literature at home and
abroad, setting up related hypothesis about relationship between work-family
conflict and entrepreneurial performance on the basis of previous studies; Secondly,
revising instruments of work-family conflict , coping strategies and entrepreneurial
p
