摘要
如今全球EMV迁移、国内各行业多应用快速发展,使得金融IC卡与行业应用的
结合日趋紧密,合作模式不断创新。利用Java Card等智能卡技术实现一张卡上拥有
多个行业应用并存是未来的发展方向。但如何管理好这些并存在同一张IC卡上的行
业应用就成为将来一个亟待解决的问题。
金融多应用IC卡原型系统采用Java Card智能卡技术,根据Java Card API在
卡片端通过编写应用程序(Applet)的方式分别实现电子钱包、多应用管理平台以
及相关行业应用。电子钱包用于现行的金融应用;行业应用用于各行业自身如会员
积分打折、门禁安全、个人信息存储等功能;而多应用管理平台则用于管理卡片端
上的这些行业应用,确保能安全规范的使用。在多应用管理方式上,采用一种“卡
片端注册表+生命周期值”的方式实现多应用管理。即在金融IC卡卡片端创建注册
表,并为行业多应用设置并实时更新生命周期值,再通过其查询到的生命周期值对
应相应操作权限的方式实现多应用管理方对行业多应用的管理和控制。由于多应用
管理平台的实现方式上采用全新的应用程序(Applet)方式而非传统的在COS中实
现,这为研究银行卡卡片控制方与多应用管理方权限分离提供了实现机制。
金融多应用IC卡原型系统的建立将使卡片上的多应用更加安全和规范。同时也
将加快国内EMV迁移的速度和效率,使国内银行卡服务迈上一个新的台阶。

Abstract
In recent years, the global EMV migration and the domestic mercial
multi-application’s fast development causes the financial IC card and mercial
application union is day by day close, the cooperation pattern innovates unceasingly.
Using smart card technologies and so on Java Card will realize in a card to have many
commercial application coexisting are future development directions. But in the future,
how to manage these mercial applications in the IC card will e the
question which needs to be solved.
This prototype system bases on Java Card technology, uses Java Card API to
program applets for realizing electronic purse, multi-application management platform
and mercial multi-application. Electronic purse uses in the present
financial application. Commercial application makes use of member’s accumulate point
and discount, or individual information storage and so on. Multi-application management
platform makes use of ensuring on-mercial applications secure and standard.
