摘要
运用电源模块并联技术实现功率合成,组成积木式、智能化的分布式大功
率电源系统是电源技术发展的方向之一。为使并联的各个模块协调工作,对分
布式电源系统进行可靠的监控是电源技术发展的热点之一。目前对分布式电源
监控普遍采用的做法存在的问题主要在数字化程度不高,速度不够快,精度和
可靠性不够高等方面。
针对课题要求,本文设计了一种基于 DSP 和 CAN 通信的分布式电源系统
监控平台。本系统充分利用了 DSP 高速、实时、外设集成度高、扩展性强等特
点和 CAN 总线通信的高安全性和抗干扰性等优点。并充分考虑到系统产品化的
特点,使其具有两种监控模式和模块化的可拆卸结构。
文章首先从硬件设计方面对该系统进行了详细的介绍,对系统中采用的重
要的功能电路作了分析和说明,然后再给出了一些重要的功能软件设计方法。
文章的最后又花了两章的篇幅分别介绍了程序代码烧写方法及重要功能电路修
正和调试方法。
目前本系统的大部分功能电路已经调试完成,样机已投入实际试运行。进
一步修正和完善工作还需要在实际运行中发现、解决。

Abstract
Power supply module in parallel can achieve power enlarged, which can make
up the building and intelligent distributed great power supply system. This is one of
the developing directions of the power supply technology. In order to get modules in
parallel to work coordinately, applying the reliable supervising technology in the
power supply system is necessary and also is the hot research direction of the power
supply technology. Some problems exist in the traditional supervising technology
such as the digitalization degree is not high, the speed is not too fast and the
precision and reliability are not satisfactory and so on.
Based on the origin and request of the project, a supervising system based on
DSP and CAN bus is designed. The character of DSP such as high speed, real time,
multiple integration peripherals, good expansibility and advantages of CAN
communication such as high reliability, good resisting disturbance performance are
fully applied in the system. Meanwhile, considering the system is designed as a
product, two supervising mode for selection and modularization structure are
designed.
At first, the hardware design is discussed in detail and some important circuits
are introduced too. Then, the software design methods are presented. At last, two
