钢管初应力对钢管混凝土构件性能影响的研究

摘要
钢管混凝土结构的应用越来越广泛在多层和高层钢管混凝土结构的实际工程
中一般都是先安装空钢管梁和支撑等在安装完若干楼层结构后再向管内浇灌
混凝土因此在混凝土凝固并能够与钢管共同承载之前空钢管就承受了一定的荷
载作用包括混凝土自重施工荷载等在钢管中就产生了初应力和初应变一些
研究表明钢管初应力对钢管混凝土结构的工作性能有重要影响
本文利用大型非线性有限元分析软件 ABAQUS 对钢管初应力作用下钢管混凝土
构件受力全过程的性能进行了模拟其中主要研究了钢管初应力对方钢管混凝土轴压
短柱轴压长柱和偏压构件等承载力的影响规律讨论了初应力率长细比偏心率
等参数的影响最后利用数值分析软件 MATLAB 对前面的有限元模拟结果进行了
分析初步提出了钢管初应力影响方钢管混凝土构件承载力折减系数的简化计算公
式并对初应力影响系数如何在规范公式中应用进行了说明此外为了验证有限元
分析的可靠性将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行了对比对比分析表明两者十分吻
合通过本文的分析发现初应力的存在主要使得混凝土对构件承载能力的贡献减少
构件的变形与挠度增大承载力降低其中初应力率长细比和偏心率对初应力影响
系数有重要影响初应力率和长细比越大初应力的影响越大长细比较小时在一
定的偏心率范围内偏心率越大初应力的影响反而越小在长细比或偏心率较大时
偏心率越大初应力的影响可能越大本文的结论可以为设计施工人员在钢管混凝土
结构现实工程中解决初应力问题提供依据

Abstract
The application of concrete-filled steel tubular structures has e widespread in
recent decades. In practical construction of multi-storied buildings and skyscrapers, the
hollow steel tubes are usually fixed first with steel beams, bracing structures and so on, and
then the concrete is pumped into the hollow steel tubes after establishing several or even
dozens of stories. Therefore, before the concrete has been solidified and could carry load
together with the steel tubes, the steel tubes usually are pre-subjected to some load,
including the gravity of core-concrete, working load, etc., which produce initial stresses and
strains in steel tubes. There have been some reports based on tests and theoretical analyses,
which address the importance of considering the influence of the initial stresses.
In this thesis, a numerical investigation has been presented on the effect of initial
stresses on the behaviors of concrete-filled steel tubes, adopting the general finite element
nonlinear analysis package ABAQUS. It mainly analyses how the initial stresses influence
