【摘要】目的:建立南、北五味子中五味子酯甲的测定方法并比较其在南、北五味子中含量的差异。方法:采用超声提取法提取南、北五味子中五味子酯甲,利用紫外可见分光光度法测定五味子酯甲的含量。结果:五味子酯甲在220nm处有最大吸收,~·mL-1(r= 6)范围内线性关系良好;%,%(n=5);%,%(n=5)。结论:该方法用于测定五味子药材中五味子酯甲的含量具有简单快捷,重复性好的优点,可用于五味子药材中五味子酯甲的质量控制。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To investigate a method for determination of schisantherin A in Schisandra chinensis(Turcx.)Baill and Schisandra sphenanthera Wils,pare the difference in :The schisantherin A was extracted by ultrasonic extraction method,then uvvis spectrophotometry was :Schisantherin A was absorbed maximally at 222 nm wavelength,and showed a good linear relationship at the range of ~·mL-1(r= 6).The average recorery of schisantherin A in Sichasndra sphenanthera Wils was %,RSD was %(n=5).The average recorery of schisantherin A in Schisandra chinensis(Turcx. )Baill was %,RSD was %(n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of Schisandra chinensis Fruit.
