新疆农业大学少数民族大学生就业问题研究
摘要

就业是民生之本、稳定之基。近年来,高校毕业生人数激增,大学生就业率和就业
质量都出现下滑趋势,高校毕业生就业逐渐引起了社会的广泛关注,高校毕业生就业工
作迎来了前所未有的机遇和挑战。新形势下,做好高校毕业生就业工作,要求我们必须
深入调查研究,分析新情况、研究新问题、采取新对策。
在新疆,做好少数民族大学生的就业工作,是做好新疆高校毕业生就业工作的关键。
新疆的少数民族人口占到全疆总人口数的%以上,少数民族专业人才的培养是新疆高
校义不容辞的重要历史使命,而解决好少数民族大学毕业生就业问题,不但关系到新疆
高等教育的持续健康发展,更关系到新疆经济发展、社会稳定和民族团结的大局。开展
少数民族大学生就业问题研究对做好少数民族大学生就业工作具有重要的现实指导意
义。
本文结合经济学和心理学基本理论,对新疆农业大学少数民族大学生就业情况展开
了调查研究。结合新疆农业大学的现行就业工作机制、就业指导服务现状,以及大学生
自身情况,从社会、学校、家庭及大学生自身等四个方面分析探讨了影响新疆少数民族
大学生就业的诸多因素;并着重从学校和少数民族大学生自身两个方面,提出了促进新
疆农业大学少数民族大学生就业的对策建议,以期为新疆农业大学少数民族大学生就业
工作提供理论依据与借鉴。

The research on minority college students’ obtaining employment
in Xin Jiang Agricultural University
Abstract

Obtaining employment is the root of the people's livelihood and foundation of
stabilization. Recent years, the college graduates number increases at a rapid rate, but
obtaining employment rate and quality present dropping trend, the graduates’ employment
brings extensive attention from society, the graduates’ employment meets the chance and
change never existed before. In new situation the job requires us that we must investigate
thoroughly, analyse new instance and take new measures.
The good job of minority college students’ obtaining employment is the key to Xin Jiang
college graduats’ employment in Xin Jiang. Minority population makes up 60% of the total
in Xin Jiang, the training and employment guiding for minority special talented person is the
duty-bound important historical mission, the sustained health development and deep
reformation, even more the overall situation of Xin Jiang economy’s progress, society
stabilization and national unity. Meanwhile, launching study of it shows practical directing
significance to the good job of minority college students’ obtaining employment.
