社会资本对云南省农村剩余劳动力转移的影响分析

摘要
20 世纪 90 年代以来,我国农村劳动力转移的规模不断扩大,大量农民从农
村向城市转移给我国农村和城市社会经济发展带来了深刻影响。对于云南这样
欠发达的省份,农村劳动力的转移对云南省脱贫致富和实现现代化具有特别重
要的作用。目前在云南省农村劳动力转移中,社会资本发挥着重要作用。从社
会资本的角度研究农村劳动力转移问题,突破了既有的研究中以经济人作为逻
辑起点的研究范式,揭示农村劳动力转移的内在机理。
本文运用经济学和社会学的相关理论,对社会资本的概念和特征进行阐述,
并在国内外众多学者的研究成果的基础上,将社会资本定义为存在于一定的社
会网络中个人的关系网络资源。本文将从这个视角分析社会资本的作用机制,
探讨社会资本在云南省农村劳动力转移中的具体作用,并结合云南省的实际,
找出制约社会资本积累的主要因素。在案例部分,本文选取云南省德宏州瑞丽
市的等嘎村为研究对象,通过实地调研和发放调查问卷的形式,验证了理论部
分社会资本对农村劳动力转移的作用的分析。
本文的研究结果表明,农村劳动力的社会资本的拥有量在很大程度上影响
着他们的转移。在云南省劳动力转移的过程中,人们更加倾向于通过以亲缘和
地缘为主的非正式的社会网络关系的介绍向外转移,而且这种非正式的社会网
络关系对降低劳动力转移的信息成本、经济成本和心理成本方面的起到了很大
的作用;在农民工与城镇社会的融合过程中,这种非正式的社会网络关系却起
到消极的影响,而相对匮乏的社会组织在他们城市融合中的积极作用会更加明
显。为了促进云南省农村剩余劳动力的顺利转移,对于农村劳动力来说,应不
断对原有的社会资本投资并积极拓展新的社会资本,对于政府部门,应加强对
社会资本的公共投资,并为农村劳动力的转移提供制度上的支持和保障。

Abstract
Since 1990s,our rural labor force transferred scale constantly large
amount of peasants flow to the cities transferred to rural and urban social economic
development has brought profound the less developed provinces like
Yunnan,the transfer of rural spare labor force has a particularly important role in the
poverty alleviation in rural poor areas and present,the social capital
is playing the influential role in the yunnan rural spare labor force the
perspective of social capital to search the transfer of rural labor force ,the paper
breaks the existing research paradigm which takes economic person as logical
starting ,and can more accurately reveal the inherent mechanism about the transfer of
rural labor force.
This paper utilizes the correlation theory of economic and the sociological, and
elaborates the concept and the characteristics of the social capital of rural
based on the research achievement domestic and foreign,the paper defines the social
