面向哈萨克斯坦的新疆外向型农业研究
摘要
近年在经济增长有效拉动下,哈萨克斯坦的消费能力不断增长,需求扩大,这为中
国农产品提供了较多的市场机会。独立后的哈萨克斯坦与中国之间的贸易额快速增长,
但在哈国农产品进口市场上,中国农产品所占市场份额却很小。哈萨克斯坦农产品严重
依赖进口,而中国又是世界农产品出口大国,中国有条件大力开拓哈萨克斯坦市场。在
中国对哈萨克斯坦农产品出口中,新疆所处的位置尤为重要新疆该充分发挥资源和地理
优势,大力发展特色农产品,优化资源配置,调整产业结构,推动外向型农业的发展。
本研究运用定性与定量、规范与实证分析相结合的方法,遵循理论与实践相结合的
原则,对面向哈萨克斯坦的新疆外向型农业发展进行了分析研究。
通过对新疆外向型农业发展现状、面向哈萨克斯坦的新疆外向型农业的现状以及面
向哈萨克斯坦的新疆外向型农业发展条件的分析发现,进入 21 世纪后新疆农产品出口
总额逐年上升,尤其是出口哈萨克斯坦,新疆充分发挥地缘、人文、自然资源等优势,
出口额从 2001 年的 亿美元增长到 2008 年的 亿美元,发展速度非常迅猛。
通过对面向哈萨克斯坦的新疆外向型农业影响因素的灰色关联分析,得出以下结
论:在经济因素中对其影响从大到小依次为:进出口贸易总额、财政支农、哈国人均
GDP、新疆农林牧渔总产值;在科技因素中对其影响从大到小依次为:文盲或半文盲率、
农业科技人员数。
最后通过以上分析,最后本文给出了相应的对策与建议。

Study On Development of XinJiang’s Export-oriented
Agricultural to Kazakhstan
Abstract
Effective this year, driven by economic growth, the consumption power of Kazakhstan's growing
demand to expand, which provides a more agricultural products to China market opportunities.
Kazakhstan's post-independence trade volume between China and the rapid growth of imports of
agricultural products in Kazakhstan market, China's agricultural market share is small. Kazakhstan relies
heavily on imports of agricultural products, while China is the world's major exporter of agricultural
products, China has managed to vigorously explore the Kazakhstan market. Chinese agricultural exports to
Kazakhstan, Xinjiang, Xinjiang position is particularly important that the full resources and geographical
advantages, and develop distinctive agricultural products, optimize the allocation of resources, adjusting
the industrial structure, promote export-oriented agricultural development.
This study uses qualitative and quantitative, normative and empirical analysis methods, combining
