基于嵌入式系统的设备信息采集系统设计实现

摘要

在现代企业中,管理信息系统正在变得越来越重要。它包括四个
组成部分:EDPS、分析部分、决策部分和数据库部分。信息是企业
发展的重要资源,是管理者分析和决策的依据。及时和正确地采集信
息是管理信息系统顺利运行的前提。因此,信息的采集就成为管理信
息系统研究的一个重要领域。
本文作为企业管理信息系统改进的一部分,是基于嵌入式系统设
计和实现新一代的设备信息采集系统。系统采用了射频识别技术和非
接触式电流传感器技术,能够获取设备的标识和使用信息,提供给管
理者进行分析和处理。
本文的主要工作为:
1、在研究 S3C2410 核心处理单元的基础上,构建 WinCE 嵌入
式系统,作为设备信息采集系统的操作系统。同时,对于 WinCE 系
统进行调整,使其更加适合设计需求。
2、基于设备的特点,改进了射频识别系统读写器的偶极子天线。
为了能够在设备的金属表面顺利使用,设计了特殊的射频标签。并且
完成了射频识别系统读写器的软件架构设计。
3、为了获得设备的运行信息,利用霍尔效应,设计了非接触式
的霍尔电流传感器,和相应的外围电路。同时将传感器和操作系统联
系在一起。
最后,文章总结了设备信息采集系统的功能和在企业管理信息系
统中起到的重要作用,还对其今后的研究和发展提出了看法。

THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF
EQUIPMENT DATA ACQUISITION SYSTEM BASED
ON EMBEDDED SYSTEM

ABSTRACT

Management information system is ing more and more
important in the modern enterprise. prises of EDPS, analysis,
decision-making and database. Information is the primary resource of the
development of the enterprise. To collect information betimes and right is
the premise of the management information system. Therefore, the
collection of the information is ing one of the researching fields of
the MIS.
This paper is a part of the improvements of the MIS. It implements a
new type of equipment data acquisition system which is based on
embedded system. The equipment data acquisition system includes RFID
and untouched current sensor. It can get ID and using information of the
equipment.
The main works of this paper are:
1. The WinCE embedded system is built as the operating system of
the equipment data acquisition system. And then the platform adjusts the
WinCE system to make it patible to the acquisition system.
2. This paper improves the antenna of the RFID reading device and
the RFID tag, so it can be used on the metallic surf
