G铝业公司发展战略研究

摘要
G 铝业有限责任公司作为中西部地区的一家国有大型企业,近年来通过不断的改
革,其面貌发生了巨大的变化。但在未来的发展过程中,公司面临着激烈的竞争和非
常严峻的形势。如何直面危机、应对挑战,使公司步入有序良好的发展轨道,是企业
当前所面临的最为紧迫任务。
本文从 G 铝业有限责任公司的现状及未来总体发展的角度出发,在对公司进行全
面、深入、客观调研的基础上,运用区域经济学、企业战略管理、财务管理、市场营
销等理论,通过纵向与横向对比的方法,全面深入地分析了 G 铝业有限责任公司目前
及未来所面临的外部环境,包括铝行业、宏观环境分析(PEST 分析)和竞争环境分析;
内部环境包括企业组织与管理的结构和现状、企业业务经营的现状等内容。通过 BCG
业务组合矩阵、杜邦财务分析法、标杆法、SWOT 矩阵等工具的运用,提出了 G 铝业
有限责任公司的发展战略选择和战略组合。根据企业内外部环境的分析,在明确 G 铝
业有限责任公司战略规划的基本思路、战略原则的基础之上,提出 G 铝业有限责任公
司未来五年的战略规划,并就市场营销、财务管理、人力资源等各经营业务领域战略
实施制定了具体措施与安排。最后提出 G 铝业有限责任公司战略规划的具体实施进度
表,以及为保证战略顺利实施而必需的战略调整与控制措施方案。
论文的主要贡献在于,采用实证研究的方法,以大量的数据资料为前提,运用所
学的管理知识,在对 G 铝业有限责任公司内外环境作了详尽分析的基础上,提出了针
对性、操作性较强的发展战略。

Abstract
G Aluminum Ltd., as a large state-owned enterprises in central and western regions, has
undergone tremendous changes through continuous reform in recent years. But in the future
development process, pany is facing petition and very grim situation. How
to directly confront the crisis and dealing with challenges to put the development of good
companies into orderly orbit is the current business of the most urgent tasks facing.
In this paper, according to the relevant enterprise management theory, the vertical and
parison methods, prehensive analyzes the external and internal
environment that G Aluminum Ltd. is facing on current or will face in the future. The
external environments include the aluminum industry, the macro environment analysis (pest
analysis) petitive environment analysis; Internal environments include the structure
and the status of anizations and management, enterprise operating status
information, ect.
Moreover, through the use of BCG Matrix, DuPont financial analysis, Bench Marking,
SWOT matrix, ect, the writer gave some idea that G Aluminum Ltd. made the strategic
