社会资本在高科技创业企业创业过程中的作用研究

摘要
社会资本在高技术创业企业的创业过程中发挥着十分重要的作用。但国内外
研究者对这种作用的研究还比较少。本文比较深入和系统地分析了社会资本对高
科技创业企业创业过程中机会识别与开发的作用机制。论文主要包括五个部分:
第一部分,社会资本与高科技创业企业。结合过往的研究对高科技创业企业
进行了界定并明确了高科技创业企业的特点,借鉴系统化理论和结构化理论对社
会资本进行重新界定,为后文的分析建立了框架。
第二部分,社会资本与高科技创业企业机会发现。结合已有文献的研究对创
业机会进行了界定,并分析了高科技创业企业创业机会的特点及其来源。探究了
社会资本在创业机会发现过程中所起的作用,分析了社会资本对创意形成到信息
搜集直至创业机会发现的过程中的影响机制。
第三部分,社会资本与高科技创业企业机会确认。从环境、结构和行动三个
层面分析社会资本对高科技创业企业机会确认的影响,提出了基于社会资本的高
科技创业企业机会确认模型。
第四部分,社会资本与高科技创业企业资源获取。对高科技创业企业创业资
源进行了界定,分析了高科技创业企业资源需求特点及获取方式,在此基础上重
点研究了社会资本的不同层面对资源获取的影响。
第五部分,社会资本与高科技创业企业技术创新。分析了高科技创业企业技
术创新的特征和高科技创业企业社会资本的构成,主要研究了企业内部不同层面
的社会资本对技术创新的影响。

ABSTRACT
Social capital is playing a very important role in the venture creation process of
high-tech venturing enterprises. But there are few studies in this field. This paper tries
to make in-depth and systematical analysis on the impacts of social capital on
opportunity recognition and development in the venture creation process of high-tech
venturing enterprises. The paper includes five parts:
The first part is social capital and high-tech venturing enterprises. To define
high-tech venturing enterprises and clear the features of high-tech venturing
enterprises with existing studies. Establish frame by Redefine social capital with the
systematization theory and structuring theory for follows in the passage.
The second part is social capital and the opportunity discovery of high-tech
venturing enterprises. Define entrepreneurial opportunity with existing studies and
analyze the features and source of entrepreneurial opportunity. Explore the impact of
social capital in the process of opportunity discovery, analyze the impact of social
capital on originality forming to information collection to opportunity discovery.
The third part is social
