20世纪80年代以来,区域化和全球化的相互促进和交替发展成为了世界经济贸易发展的基本特征。一方面,WTO的创建和运行,不断地促进着经济全球化向纵深发展;另一方面,各种形式的区域经济集团也在世界各地蓬勃发展,掀起了区域经济一体化的新热潮。无论是加入WTO还是参加区域经济一体化组织,都是各国出于自己国家的利益考虑,为实现特定的战略目标而作出的对外经济贸易政策选择。
全球经济一体化与区域经济一体化是当今世界经济发展的两大潮流,是国际经济一体化在两个不同层面上的发展形式。其中,区域经济一体化的发展尤为迅速。目前世界上的绝大部分国家都是不同的区域经济一体化组织的成员,并且很多国家加入了WTO。区域经济一体化与全球经济一体化并存的局面将长期的存在,随着世界经济发展的国际化,各个国家已经发展成为密不可分的主体,相互联系,相互影响。如何处理好经济全球化与区域经济一体化的关系,最终促进世界贸易组织的发展。本文就是通过研究区域经济一体化对世界贸易组织的促进作用,对于世界经济的发展有更多的实践意义。
通过研究区域经济一体化与世界贸易组织的关系,以及两者之间的相互影响来推进世界经济的发展,促进多边贸易体制的发展,因此,研究区域经济一体化对世界贸易组织的促进作用有着十分重要的意义。

Abstract
Since the 1980s, regionalization and globalization promote each other and alternate development has e the basic features of the world economy and trade development. On the one hand, the creation and running of the WTO to continue to promote economic globalization to develop in depth; the other hand, various forms of regional economic blocs is also booming around the world, setting off a new wave of regional economic integration.
