文档介绍:MH对体外培养人卵巢黄素化颗粒细胞分泌功能的影响作者:胡蓉,张晓梅,郗向红单位:宁夏自然科学基金项目(NZO6700宁夏医科大学附属医院,宁夏银川7500江苏扬州医学院附属医院,江苏扬州225000【摘要】目的探讨苗勒氏管抑制因子(AMH)对人卵巢黄素化颗粒细胞分泌功能的影响。方法体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)患者经阴道超声引导下采卵,加入基因重组人苗勒氏管抑制因子(rhAMH)作用于颗粒细胞,测定培养液雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)水平。结果在无促卵泡生成激素(FSH)作用下,rhAMH对颗粒细胞分泌E2、P无明显影响(P,),加入FSH后rhAMH明显抑制颗粒细胞E2分泌(P,)。FSH对颗粒细胞分泌AMH无明显影响(P,)。结论卵巢颗粒细胞自身分泌AMH且不受FSH的影响,AMH抑制FSH促进卵巢颗粒细胞分泌雌激素的作用,减少卵巢始基卵泡的耗竭,进而增加卵巢的储备能力。【关键词】苗勒氏管抑制因子;颗粒细胞;体外培养;卵巢储备TheeffectsofAMHonthefunctionofhumangranulosacellsinvitroHURong,ZHANGXiao-mei,XIXiang-hong.(TheAffiliatedHospitalofNingxiaMedicalUniversity,Yinchuan750004,China),Abstract,ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectsofanti-mullerianhormone(AMH)-ETcyclesandculturedinM199+E2/Pcontentsintheculturemediawere10%FBSmedium(,whileitobviouslydecreasedtheE2secretionwiththeco-effectofrhFSH(P,).TherewasnosignificantdifferenceofAMHbetweeninabsenceofrhFSHandpresenceofrhFSHgroups(P,).ConclusionAMHinfluencesthesteroidogenesisofgranulosacellsinvitro,andmayplayanimportantroleonthegrowthanddevelopmentoffolliclesintheovariesofwomen.,Keywords,Antimüllerianhormone;Granulosacells;Invitro;Ovarianreserve抗苗勒氏管激素(antimüllerianhormone,AMH),属于转化生长因子β(TGF-β)超家族的成员
