摘要
我国改革开放之后由于综合国力的不断提高,房地产业迅猛发展,建筑业已
成为社会支柱产业之一。由于经济的发展,加之土地资源宝贵,所以高层建筑更
是有如雨后春笋般迅速发展,数量剧增。而目前的工程设计领域中,设计人员忙
于应付大量的具体工作,往往不够重视结构经济性问题,导致同一工程不同的人
设计其土建造价可能差别很大,造成不必要的浪费。这对于经济实力并不发达、
尚处于第三世界发展中国家的的中国来说是一个急待解决的问题。
本文从分析高层建筑结构的设计特点出发,以高层建筑结构设计理论为基础,
以现行的国家相关规范标准为根据,结合笔者的工程经验,对影响高层建筑结构
经济性主要因素进行了深入的分析研究,得出了一些具有实用价值的结论,对高
层建筑的优化设计具有很大的实用意义。最后,通过计算软件 SATWE 对同一建筑
进行两个不同结构方案的计算、分析、比较,验证了高层结构选型在结构设计中
的重要地位。

ABSTRACT
Optimum design of structure is mainly applied in airial structure nowadays,
while rarely in engineering structure. After 1980s, with the GDP of our country
increasing, it takes on a well structure building situation, especially the number of
tall building leaps. But the conventional design of structure can't make use of
material rationally, and can't increase the economic index of structure. Otherwise,
our country is still in initial stages of socialism construction and economic strength
is still in optimum design of tall buiding is in the most urgent situation.
But there are some imperfect aspects, which e the hindrance for engineers to
accept this technigue.
This paper points out that expert system is very available for optimum
conceptual design,and introduces the model of decision of optimal fortification
intensity,which brought forth by Wang Guangyuan academician,into the whole life
optimization of structure,and convert the long-term optimum model into a
shor-term author advances the continual optimum design to discrete
optimum design,which meets engineering structures much lucubration
of discrete optimum design mon use, penman get some banausic
on the method of discrete optimum design,pertinent criterion and
