文档介绍：摘要II 摘要独立学院是指普通本科高校依据教育部《关于规范并加强普通高校以新的机制和模式试办独立学院管理的若干意见》的规定,按照新的机制和模式举办的民办机制、本科层次的学校。[1]如何深入认识独立学院学生思想政治工作的制约因素,准确把握学生的思想状况,切实加强和改进学生的思想政治工作,增强学生思想政治工作有效性,促进独立学院和谐、健康和持续发展,是摆在我们面前一项十分重要而紧迫的任务。[2]经过10年的发展壮大,独立学院已然初具规模,但是在思想政治教育方面的研究却相对滞后,尤其是在针对独立学院及其学生的特点提出的有针对性和实效性的研究成果并不多见,本文在大量阅读国内外思想政治教育研究成果的基础上,结合多年在独立学院工作的实际经验,从三个方面进行了分析研究,以期能为独立学院的思想政治教育工作提供参考。具体如下:一、国外思想政治教育现状及其对独立学院思想政治教育的启示;二、独立学院思想政治教育特点、现状的研究;三、独立学院思想政治教育针对性和实效性实现途径的研究。关键词:独立学院;思想政治教育;研究Abstract 11 ABSTRACTIndependent Colleges refers to the regular undergraduate institutions based on the Ministry Of Education, "On the norms and to strengthen colleges and universities with new mechanisms and modalities for the management of a number of pilot observations of Independent Colleges" requirement, under the new mechanisms and modalities for the mechanism held in private, undergraduate-level schools .How to realize in-depth about the constraints of students’ ideological and political work in Independent Colleges, accurately grasp the state of mind of students and enhance the effectiveness of students’ ideological and political work to promote the Independent Iollege development with harmony, health and sustainable is a very important and urgent task which we must face at present..
