基于消息中间件的供应链系统的设计与实现

摘要
在全球产业分工和市场竞争日趋激烈的形势下,面向特定市场机会,诸多独立
企业自愿组合起来形成包括客户、供应商、制造商和服务商等多种角色的供应链。
随着竞争从企业间转到供应链上,提高整个供应链的效率成为提高企业竞争力的关
键。但目前各企业使用的信息系统各不相同、无法直接互连,这些“信息孤岛”妨
碍了信息共享,严重影响了供应链管理的实施,因此,迫切需要一种松耦合的跨平
台的适用于这些孤立系统相互通信和集成的系统。
以中间件为核心支撑系统的软件平台是这种网络化的应用解决方案。尤其是消
息中间件,以其可靠连接、异步通信、可靠队列、持久存储、负载平衡等优势,解
决了各系统平台异构、数据库异构、数据格式异构的数据传输困难,和系统要集成
已有程序和流程,可扩展,支持同步、异步传输,安全、稳定等问题,成为供应链
系统中数据通信的首选。
本文针对目前企业集成的需求,以印刷行业中小型企业自身 ERP 为基础,设计
并实现了一种以消息中间件技术为基础的电子供应链系统,将供应链业务伙伴的业
务流程相互集成。采用 J2EE 三层体系架构,功能上实现用户管理、供应商管理、
采购协商、送货管理、退货管理、统计查询等。其中重点研究了消息中间件的特点,
并参考其通讯机制,提出了基于 Java 消息服务的数据交换模型,详细描述了供应商
数据集成、送货数据集成、退货数据集成、采购协商数据集成及集成中对象比较、
数据转换和消息传输等的具体实现方法。

Abstract
Many independent bined to form the supply chain including
customers, suppliers, manufacturers and service providers, such as multiple roles
voluntarily for specific market opportunities because the global division of labor market
competition is intensification. Improve the efficiency of the entire supply chain is the key
to enhance petition of the enterprises with petition transferring from
enterprises to supply chain. But information system of the enterprises can’t connect
directly nowadays because they are different; the “information isolated island” prevents
information sharing. So we need a loosely coupled and cross-platform suitable for the
integration mucation urgently.
The software platform with middleware as its core is the solvent to
application. Especially the message-oriented middleware es the first choice of the
communication model of the platform for its advanges of credible connection
munication mechanism, credible queue, persistent, load balance and so
on. It can solve the prombles of data transferring with heterogeneous platforms,
heterogeneous databases, and heterogeneous data formats, and integrating procedures and
processes system had before,
