摘要
文章首先分析了宋代档案管理制度研究的意义所在和宋代档案研究的现状,并对目前研究的一些成果进行总结。然后通过经济、政治、文化三个方面对宋代档案管理制度建立的背景进行描述,分析了当时社会环境背景对宋代档案工作的影响。接着介绍了宋代政务文书和档案的分类、宋代中央及地方的政府文书机构的设置及主管职员的隶属关系、档案机构及职员的设置和选用。同时,综述了档案工作各要素包括收集、鉴定、整理、保管、保密等方面的档案工作规范。最后,提出了现代的档案管理应该继承与发展宋代档案管理的一些优点。

Abstract
First, The article analysis the significance of the Song Dynasty archive management system and the situation of the archive research in the Song Dynasty, and summarizes some of the results of the present study. Then, the article describes the background of the Song Dynasty archive management system through three aspects of economic, political, cultural, analysis the effect of social environmental context on archive management. Next, the article introduces the classification of Administrative instruments and archives in the Song Dynasty, the setting of central and local government institutions of Song Dynasty and affiliation of manager, the setting and selection of archive management agencies and staff. At the same time, the article review job specification about various elements of archive management, including collection, identification, sorting, custody, confidentiality and so on. At last, the writer puts forward that present archive management should inherit and carry forward some advantages of the Song Dynasty archive management.
