文档介绍:申请工商管理硕士学位论文论中小企业管理创新姓名:粟方学号:二○一三年一月十二号摘要:企业是现代社会的细胞,是市场经济的主体,而占企业绝大多数的中小企业则是这一主体中最活跃、最富有活力的组成部分。中小企业在国民经济中占据了相当大的比重,目前统计的数据显示,在中国,中小企业大概有1023万户,%。中小企业创造了大量的就业机会和技术创新成果,而且,中小企业文化及其培育出来的企业家精神和风险意识,已经成为现代文明和市场经济的精髓,成为市场经济体制不断创新和发展的基础。从某种意义上说,没有中小企业,就没有市场经济。中小企业是国民经济的重要支柱,当前,中上企业发展壮大对于我国经济社会发展的关键作用益发凸显,但是受到自身规模、资金、人才、环境等方面的限制,我国中小企业还面临诸多发展难题,尤其是在管理方面,很多中小企业缺乏科学的管理理念和先进的管理手段,存在管理体制不健全,管理方式落后等问题。在如今全球化、市场化、知识化的背影下,我国中小企业要想参与国际竞争、获取持续的市场竞争能力,就必须不断完善自身管理能力,提供管理水平,这其中,管理创新是关键。管理创新是现代中小企业获取市场竞争优势的有力手段,中小企业只有树立管理创新的意识,不断吸收采用科学的管理理念和管理方法,不断在在管理上进行创新,才能充分发挥自身优势,打造自已的核心能力。当前,我国很多中小企业家已经认识到了管理创新的重要性和迫切性,开始积极采取实际行动投入到管理创新的实践中。但迄今,中小企业管理创新的总体效果并不理想,这在很大程度上是由于中小企业的管理创新缺乏有效的理论指导,对究竟什么是管理创新的关键影响因素,实际工作中哪些是管理创新的重要着力点等基本问题缺乏清晰准确的认识。鉴于此,本文选取中小企业管理创新问题中最为关键的制度创新、技术创新、组织创新进行研究,深入挖掘中小企业管理创新的关键因素,为中小企业的管理创新做些理论基础的探讨与研究。关键词:中小企业;制度创新;技术创新;组织创新;管理创新;研究与开发现状目录1引言·····················································································································42管理创新的相关概念································································································4················································································5·································································································53管理创新的意义····································································································74管理创新的主要障碍 组织层次的变革阻力···························································································9次级单位的变革阻力··························································································10个人层次的变革阻力··························································································115中小企业在经济发展中的地位中小企业在国民经济中的特殊作用··································································11···························································126目前我国中小企业创新发展的现状···················································································13····································································
