【摘要】目的探讨应用综合护理干预措施对ICU危重患者进行院内安全转运的方法。方法回顾分析从ICU转送至病房或检查的危重患者382例。其中2010年3月—2010年10月采取传统转送方式168例,设为对照组。2010年11月—2011年8月采取改进转运方式214例,设为观察组。比较两组间意外发生率、转运死亡率及患者满意率。结果观察组在转运途中输液管道脱落或堵塞、各种管道滑脱、窒息或呼吸困难、供氧中断等意外发生率明显低于对照组(P<);心脏停搏、呼吸骤停、休克、脑疝、窒息等死亡率明显低于对照组(P<);患者满意率明显高于对照组(P<)。结论综合护理干预之后的转运方式有助于提高ICU危重患者在院内转运的安全性。

[ Abstract ] Objective To explore the application prehensive nursing interventions on critically ill patients with ICU safe ial transportation method.
