摘要
随着网络技术和视音频编解码技术的飞速发展,网络视频得到了广泛应用。
传统的安全技术防范领域随着核心技术的升级,也快速向数字化、网络化方向发
展。本文提出了一种基于视频压缩板卡的网络数字视频服务器的设计方案,并在
实践中实现了软硬件平台,因此,本方案具有很强的实际应用价值。本方案中,
核心设备为金鹏公司 KM-H6400 视频压缩板卡,该板卡采用了先进的 MPEG-4
视频压缩标准,可以在单板上实现 4 路模拟视频图像的实时采集、压缩,并提供
了网络功能的开发包,可方便的基于该板卡实现网视频监控服务器的所有功能。
本论文首先简单介绍了视频监控系统的构成和技术基础,说明了对视频压缩
板卡的选型依据;其次,阐述了网络数字视频服务器的设计与实现,包括需求分
析、功能描述及相关数据结构等,并给出了相关的流程图和关键算法;第三部分,
对本视频服务器的界面及功能进行了简单说明。第四部分,对本论文实现的视频
监控服务器的实际应用进行了描述,最后,对本论文的工作进行了总结与展望。
本论文通过具体的系统应用说明,基于视频压缩板卡的网络数字视频服务器
(DVS)具有画质好、数据流低、效率高等特点。并且使得监控质量、硬盘存储
时间长度、网络传输流畅性等指标都有很好的表现,能够满足网络视频监控系统
的应用需求。

Abstract
With the rapid development of work technology and the
codec technics about video and audio , network video has been
applied in wide area. And accelerated by the kernel technology
upgrading, the traditional security industry has also appears the
trends towards to digital work world. This thesis realized a
network digital video server based on pressed cards, which
have already used in many real projects. In this thesis , the
ponent is press card: KM-H6400, which produced
by Guangzhou JinPeng Group Inc. This card can capture analog video
signal and translate it into digital signal, and then, compress the
digital signal to video stream which accord with advance MPEG4
standard. This card can synchronous deal with 4 ways video stream
in real time. It provides work SDK API , based which ,
developer can produce work video server easily.
This thesis first briefly introduces position and
principle of video security system , explains the reason why we
choose this type press card. Secondly , expound the
designment and realization of work video server , including
the requirement analysis, function description and giving some key
data structure , and gives some flow charts and key algorithm.
Thirdly, briefly describles the OAM interface of work
