文档介绍：安徽财经大学硕士学位论文1亳州中药材物流发展研究内容摘要现代物流融合了先进的管理技术与组织方式,在国民经济和社会发展中的作用日渐显著,其运作方式成为推动区域经济进步不可或缺的因素。安徽省亳州市自古就有“中华药都”之称,拥有国内重要的中药材规范种植基地和中药材饮片加工基地,是目前全国最大的中药材集散地,中药物流量巨大、优势突出,但是,亳州物流产业起步较晚、基础薄弱,已经成为制约中药产业发展的重要因素。因此,亳州中药产业发展乃至地区经济发展都必须重视物流产业的发展。本文依据现代物流理论、供应链管理理论、产业关联等理论,结合实地调研,分析了亳州中药材供应链各环节的物流发展情况,利用灰色关联方法分析亳州中药产业与物流产业的相关性,得出中药产业与物流产业必须互为发展依托的结论,在此基础上提出了亳州中药材供应链物流发展的优化思路,即以合作组织和加工龙头企业为主导的中药材供应链结构优化、第三方物流企业与供应链主体间实行内部联合与外部合作相结合,以及亳州市中药材物流节点优化布局,最后从政府、加工企业及物流企业视角提出促进亳州中药材物流发展的政策建议。本文的创新点在于:从亳州中药材物流的特殊性入手,从供应链的角度全面分析亳州中药材物流现状及问题,追求整个中药材供应链的效率提高;提出亳州中药材物流发展优化的思路是物流主体优化、供应链结构优化和物流节点优化布局等,并以此提出亳州中药材物流发展优化的对策建议。关键词:中药材物流;物流发展;供应链万方数据亳州中药材物流发展研究ABSTRACT2THESTUDYONBOZHOUCHINESEHERBALMEDICINELOGISTICSDEVELOPMENTABSTRACTModern logistics integrates with advanced management techniques anization mode,also plays an increasingly significant role in the promotion of national economy and social developments,What’s more,the development level of modern logistics became an indispensable factor in promoting regional of Anhui was named "Chinese medicine city" since ancient times,equipped with important domestic specification chinese herbal medicine planting fundation and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces fundation,which is the largest distribution center for Chinese herbal medicines amount of tranffic for chinese herbal medicine is very huge and the advantage is previously ,Bozhou logistics industry started late,and was instability,which turned into an important constraints in development for Chinese medicine ,Bozhou medicine industry development and even regional economic development must attach great importance to the development of the logistics thesis based on modern logistics theory,supply chain management theory,theories of industrial relevanceand so with field research,analyzes the logistics development of medicines supply chain in the
