摘要:本文以枯草芽孢杆菌脂肪酶 A(LipaseA,即 EstA)为报告蛋白,尝试利用 4 种非经
典分泌蛋白质(non-classically secreted proteins)及其前 50 个氨基酸作为分泌信号以实现其分
泌表达。我们扩增了脂肪酶 A 的编码基因和非经典分泌蛋白质的编码序列,构建了 8 种针
对脂肪酶 A 的分泌表达载体,并转化枯草芽孢杆菌 WB800 菌株。结果表明部分非经典蛋白
质的编码基因或其前 50 个氨基酸序列能够引导脂肪酶 A 分泌至细胞外。

Abstract: In this study, we try to secrete the reporter protein lipaseA (estA) using the 4 selected
non-classical secreted proteins or their secretion signals. We amplied the coding sequence of the
secretion signal and the lipase A, constructed expression vectors for secretion of lipase A and
transformed these plasmids into Bacillus subtilis results showed that some
non-classical secretory proteins and their coding genes or the first 50 amino acids can direct the
secretion of the EstA.
