摘要:摊铺机是一种用于道路摊铺作业的施工设备,用来将拌好的混合料按照一定的宽度、
厚度、平整度和密实度摊铺在路面基层上。摊铺机的恒速是保证摊铺作业质量的一个很重要
的因素,模糊 PID 控制方法能使双泵双马达摊铺机保持恒速作业,但是负载变化会引起整
机输出功率的变化,导致发动机输出功率或高或低,不改变油门开度就会大大降低燃油效率。
借助 Matlab 对油门控制系统进行建模仿真,结果表明,采用了模糊 PID 控制技术的油门控
制系统能按需输出油门开度值,降低油耗率。

Abstract: The paver is a construction equipment used in road paving operations, used to mix the
good mixture in accordance with a certain width、thickness、 flatness and density paver on the
road base. Paver driving a constant speed is a key factor to ensure the quality of paving operations.
Fuzzy PID control method can make double pump double motor paver keep constant traveling
velocity, but once the load change, power output of the whole machine will change at the same
time, that will cause the engine power output large or small. If we don't change the throttle
opening size, fuel efficiency would reduce greatly. With the help of Matlab , the throttle control
system is modeled. Simulation results show that the system of fuzzy PID control technology can
output the required values of the throttle opening, thus reduce the fuel consumption rate.
