摘要:以二氟二苯甲酮、双酚 A 和邻甲基氢醌单体缩聚合成聚醚醚酮(PEEK)作为基膜材料. PEEK 经溴化改
性含有苄基溴端基, 以此为原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)大分子引发剂,通过原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP),
在 PEEK 主链上接枝引入聚甲基丙烯酸二甲基胺基乙酯(DMAEMA)侧链,得到梳状 PEEK 接枝聚合物
(PEEK-g-DMAEMA). 用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR) 光谱、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、激光粒度仪和凝胶色谱(GPC)
等方法对 PEEK-g-DMAEMA 的结构和分子量进行表征. 实验结果表明:甲基丙烯酸二甲基胺基乙酯被成功地
接枝在聚醚醚酮主链上。

Abstract: Poly(ether ether ketone) (PEEK) was synthesized by the aromatic nucleophilic
polycondensation reaction of 4, 4’-difluorobenzophenone, bisphenol A and 2-methylhydroquinone.
Double-arm PEEK macroinitiator containing bromide end groups was obtained by bromination with
NBS. Comb-like PEEK-g-DMAEMA (poly(2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate)) was essfully
synthesized via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) using FPEEK as the macroinitiator. The
structure and morphology of PEEK-g-DMAEMA membrane were characterized by FT-IR, 1HNMR
and GPC. IR results showed that new absorption band at 1728cm-1 was assigned to the stretching
vibration of carbonyl (C=O) groups. 2770 cm-1 was ascribed to the –N-C stretching of tertiary amino
