摘要:采用光线追迹法,结合蒙特卡罗法,建立了微分高斯光束的数学模型,利用 matlab
软件计算模拟了 LD 端面泵浦激光器激光晶体内部纵向增益分布情况。通过能量积分法计算
晶体内基模光模式体积内增益值,获得泵浦光在晶体内聚焦光斑的最佳位置,并从实验上进
行了验证。结果表明,能量积分法与模匹配方程求解法所得结果相一致,但增益积分法更直
观。

Abstract: It’s simulated that the longitudinal gain distribution in the crystal of LD end-pumped
solid state laser by matlab, using ray tracing bining with Monte Carlo Method. Gain in
the volume of TEM00 mode is calculated by integral gain method and the best longitudinal
pumping position in the crystal is results calculated by integrating gain and solved
by mode matching function are consistent,but the former is more intuitive.

0 引言
全固态激光器具有结构紧凑、转换效率高、光束质量好、稳定性高、光谱和模式匹配好
等诸多优点[1],在工业、国防等领域得到了广泛的应用。在全固态激光器中,泵浦光束在激
光晶体中的强度分布对应着晶体中的增益分布,其与谐振腔模的模式匹配程度直接影响激光
器的转换效率和输出光束的质量[2-4
