当前,教师教育已成为现代教育领域的热门话题,我国的教师教育已
引起越来越多的学者关注,纷纷从多方位、多视角进行积极的探索研究。
随着新一轮我国基础教育课程改革的大力推进与新音乐课程标准的全面实
施,中小学音乐教师继续教育已迫在眉睫。
本文通过对新疆生产建设兵团中小学音乐教师继续教育现状进行系统
调查、分析,弄清新疆生产建设兵团中小学音乐教师继续教育存在的问题,
并结合新疆生产建设兵团自身特点,立足兵团音乐教育的实际,探讨了新
形势下,如何更有效地开展中小学音乐教师继续教育工作。文中针对新疆
生产建设兵团中小学音乐教师继续教育中存在问题,提出自己的看法和建
议。旨在为兵团中小学音乐教师继续教育培训工作的发展提供有益的参考,
从而通过改进教师培训工作,提高教师素质,促进新疆生产建设兵团基础
音乐教育的全面发展。
本文除绪论与结语外,分为四个部分:
第一部分:根据收集到的资料,对国内外音乐教师继续教育研究现状
进行梳理。
第二部分:对新疆生产建设兵团、中小学音乐教师基本情况以及开展
中小学音乐教师继续教育情况分别进行概述。
第三部分:通过问卷访谈,对新疆生产建设兵团中小学音乐教师继续
教育现状进行调查,并对存在的问题加以分析。
第四部分:针对兵团中小学音乐教师继续教育存在的问题,提出相应
改进的建议与对策。

Abstract
Teachers’ education has now e a popular field of modern education.
The education of music teachers in China has been drawing more and more
attentions of the scholars and they have explored this field from various aspects.
Since the new part of the reform of courses of basic education has been carried
out and the new standard of music courses has also been set, it has e very
urgent for the music teachers to continue their education.
Through systematic investigation and analysis of the current situation of the
music teachers in Xinjiang Production and Construction Regiment, the author
points out the existing problems and discusses how to carry out the continuing
education of the music teachers effectively according to the actual situation of
the Production and Construction Regiment. The author gives viewpoints and
suggestions in this paper which aim at improving the training of music teachers
and contributing to the development the basic music education.
Except for the introduction and conclusions, the paper consists of four
parts:
Part I A general statement of the current situation of the music teachers’
continuing education in China and
