摘要:本文以扬州市科技创新投入与科技创新成果关系为研究对象,应用典型相关分析方法
进行了实证研究。研究结果表明:科技创新投入与科技创新成果具有相关性,且相关关系显
著;相对于人力资源投入,财力资源投入与科技创新成果具有更加密切的正相关关系,即科
技创新成果更大程度上受财力资源投入大小的影响;政府科技拨款对专利授权数具有促进作
用;科技活动人员数对专利申请数具有正向促进作用;R&D 活动人员数对发明专利数具有
显著的正向促进作用。并在此基础上给出了政策建议。

Abstract: This paper assesses the relation of technology innovation input and technology
innovation result in Yangzhou applies canonical correlation analysis method to empirical
research. Research results show that technology innovation input has significant correlation with
technology innovation to the human resources; financial resources input has more
closely positive correlation with technology innovation result, namely the technology innovation
result has been more affected by the scale of the financial resources input;government funding of
science has positive affect on Granted patent approval;the number of sc
