摘要:采用甲醇为溶剂合成了 ZIF-8(分子筛咪唑酯骨架化合物)纳米晶材料,将碘成功掺入
其(ZIF-8(I2)) 孔笼中。并且通过 X 射线衍射对 ZIF-8 进行了晶体结构表征,通过扫描电子
显微镜对 ZIF-8 与 ZIF-8(I2)进行了晶体形貌的表征。以 ZIF-8(I2)为基体材料,采用涂膜法将
其涂覆在 Ag-Pd 叉指电极上,制作成湿敏元件。对元件的湿敏性能进行测试,并且分析了
ZIF-8(I2)的感湿机理。结果表明,中高湿条件下,元件阻抗随湿度变化的曲线有良好的线性
关系,响应时间仅为 25 s,湿滞约为 7%。

Abstract: ZIF-8 (zeolitic imidazolate frameworks) nanocrystals were synthesized using methanol as
solvent, of which pores were essfully doped in with I2(ZIF-8(I2)). The crystal structure of ZIF-8
was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), and the morphology of ZIF-8 and ZIF-8(I2) was
observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Then ZIF-8(I2) humidity sensor was fabricated by
coating the nanocrystal materials on Ag-Pd interdigitated electrodes. The device shows a good
impedance-RH (relative humidity) relationship,
