静电纺 ITO 纳米纤维膜复合光纤的制备及

摘要:本文以自制的光纤旋转装置为收集装置,采用静电纺丝和高温煅烧法制备 ITO 纳米
纤维膜复合光纤。利用场发射扫描电镜、X 射线衍射仪、紫外-可见分光光度计、亮度色度
计和数字万用表对石英光纤表面负载的 ITO 纳米纤维的形貌结构和光电性能进行了表征。
结果表明:将石英光纤进行硅烷化处理,可成功制备 ITO 纳米纤维膜复合光纤;所制备的 ITO
纳米纤维膜具有一定的导电和透光性能,电阻率为 ×10-1 Ω·cm,在可见光范围的平均透光
率大于 80%,且复合光纤具有良好的导光能力。

Abstract: ITO fibrous posite optical fiber was prepared by electrospinning and
calcination processes, using a homemade collector. The morphology, structure, optical and
electrical properties of ITO fibrous posite optical fiber were characterized by Field
Emission Scanning Electron Microscope, X-ray diffraction, UV–visible spectrophotometero,
Luminance colorimeter and Digital multimeter. the results showed that optical fiber silanization
can essfully fabricate ITO fibrous membrane coating on the optical fiber with excellent
optical and electrical properties, the specific resistance was about ×10-1 Ω·cm, the average
optical transmittance was 80% in the visible range, and optical fiber has favorable conduction of
light.
