摘要:紧密结合型胞外聚合物(TB-EPS)具有较强的絮凝和生物吸附能力,因而它们能修
复表面性质而促进细胞聚集。为了解 TB-EPS 在表面的吸附特性,精确测定 TB-EPS 在表面
上的吸附速率和亲和力,本研究从序批式生物膜反应器生物膜中提取 TB-EPS,采用表面等
离子体共振(SPR)来研究 TB-EPS 在金表面上的吸附情况。结果表明,TB-EPS 在金表面
吸附反应的结合速率常数(ka) = ± L/(g·s),解离速率常数(kd) = ± /s,
平衡结合常数(KA) = ± L/g,平衡解离常数(KD) = ± g/L。因此,
采用 SPR 能够方便快速地得到 TB-EPS 在表面的吸附动力学过程和吸附亲和力。

Abstract: TB-EPS have strong ulation and biosorption abilities. Thus they can modify the
surface characteristics and promote cell aggregation. In order to understand the adsorption
characteristic of TB-EPS on surface, and determine the adsorption rate and affinity accurately, this
study investigated the adsorption behaviour of TB-EPS extraced from a sequencing batch biofilm
reactor using surface plasmon resonance (SPR). Results showed that the association rate constant
(ka) = ± L/(g·s) of the TB-EPS adsorption reaction on gold surface, the dissociation rate
constant (kd) = ± /s, the equilibrium binding constant (KA) = ± L/
