摘要:目的:通过观察软梯训练对青少年业训女子排球运动员灵敏素质的影响,以期探索提
高灵敏素质更有效地方法。方法:本研究选取同批次入队的青少年女子业训排球运动员 24
人。将 24 人随机分为 2 组,每组 12 人。第一组设为普通灵敏素质方法训练组,进行普通方
法的灵敏素质训练,包括左右跳和前后左右分腿跳。第二组设为软梯训练组,运用软梯训练
的方法进行灵敏素质的训练,训练内容包括侧移步向前跑和侧移步向后跑等。一周进行两次
训练,每次训练约为 15 分钟。结果:普通灵敏素质方法训练组的 6 米折返跑、侧向快速脚
步,六边形跳测试成绩与空白组没有显著差异(P>),而软梯训练组三项测试项目成
绩与空白组有明显差异(P<)。结论:软梯训练法是提高青少年女子排球业训运动员
灵敏素质的有效手段之一。
