摘要:基于聚乙烯醇和硝酸银体系,制备了具有环状和球状结构的银纳米颗粒。聚乙烯醇为
模板剂和还原剂。通过 X 射线衍射光谱(XRD),能量分布谱(EDX)确定了银纳米材料
的结构。银纳米材料的形貌和表面等离子共振吸收性质说明了银纳米环状材料是其近红外吸
收的关键因素,扫描电镜(SEM)的结果说明控制 PVA 和硝酸银的比例和旋涂速度可以得
到银纳米环材料进而得到近红外区域(810nm)的等离子共振吸收性质。

Morphology control and optical properties of silver
nanoparticles based on PVA template

Abstract: In this paper, we present a simple spin coating synthesis of silver toroidal structures and
particles on silicon wafer through a poly (vinyl alcohol)(PVA)-posite system. The
structures are confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and energy dispersive x-ray (EDX)
spectrum. The morphology of the silver particles and the corresponding surface plasmon
resonance absorption show that the silver torus is the key role for the NIR absorption. The results
of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and atomic force microscope (AFM) detections show that,
by controlling the ratio of PVA to AgNO3 and the spin rate, the silver torus can be obtained and
the bands of silver film can be tuned from visible to 810 nm.
