摘要:圆筒层状磁电复合材料具有比平板层状磁电复合材料更优异的磁电性能。本文采用电
镀方法制备了 PZT/Ni 圆筒层状磁电复合材料,发现其在轴向模式下,当偏置磁场大于 1 kOe
时,其磁电性能随外加磁场升高呈线性升高关系,且线性度非常好。同时我们对高磁场巨磁
电效应机理做了一定研究,有助于理解其线性特性。该特性有望将圆筒层状磁电复合材料用
于高磁场探测器,扩大圆筒层状磁电复合材料的应用范围。

Abstract: The cylinderical layered posites exhibit more excellent
oelectric pared with posites. In this paper, PZT/Ni cylinderical
layered posites were prepared with electro-deposition method, and the
oelectric properies of posites were investigated. The results indicate that the
oelectric coefficient shows distinct linear increase with the bias ic field above 1 kOe
in axial mode. The proposed mechanism of oelectric effect at high bias ic field may
be helpful to understand the linear feature which will extend the cylinderical layered
posites into the application of high ic field detection.

0 引言
由于铁电-铁磁复合材料的独特性质,其在韦伯领域、高压输电线路的电流测量、宽波
段磁探测,磁场感应器等领域有着广泛而重要的用途。尤其是微波器件和高压电输送系统的
