摘要:植物的糖基转移酶负责催化植物分子的糖基化,它们通常被分为不同的多因家族,调
节着植物的代谢平衡。植物激素对植物的生长发育有重要作用,糖基化修饰被认为是调控激
素活性水平的重要方式之一。随着植物激素的糖基转移酶不断被克隆与鉴定,多种植物激素
的糖基化修饰机制和功能作用逐渐被揭示。本文重点介绍了近年来植物生长素、细胞分裂素、
脱落酸、油菜素内酯、水杨酸、茉莉酸等植物激素的糖基转移酶活性鉴定与功能研究的进展。
同时,对植物激素糖基化修饰领域存在的问题和发展前景进行了讨论。

Plant Glycosyltransferases and Hormone Glycosylation

Abstract: Plant glycosyltransferases are responsible for the glycosylation of plant molecules.
These enzymes are usually put into different gene families and have crucial effects on metabolite
homeostasis of plants. Plant hormones play important roles in regulating plant growth and
development and their glycosylation is believed to be one of the important modifications that
modulate active hormone levels. As the glycosyltransferases of plant hormones were cloned and
identified, the mechanisms and roles of glycosylations of different plant hormones were gradually
revealed. This review focuses on the recent research progresses of enzyme activities and
biological functions of glycosyltransferases for auxins, cytokinins, abscisic acids, brassinosteroids,
salicylic acid and jasmonic acid. In addition, the questions to be answered and pro
