摘要:本文通过静电纺丝法制备出了不同形貌的 LaFeO3 纤维。采用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫
描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)对样品的结构和形貌进行表征。研究了前驱体溶液中乙酸和
金属硝酸盐含量对纤维形貌的影响,同时也比较了不同形貌 LaFeO3 的光催化活性。结果表
明,所制备出的样品都属于正交晶系的钙钛矿结构。随着乙酸含量的增大,LaFeO3 纤维形
貌依次为多孔纳米带、纳米纤维、纳米棒纤维。同时,增大硝酸盐含量后,纤维呈现带状。
在光催化活性测试中,多孔纳米带 LaFeO3 的光催化活性最高。

Preparation and characterization of LaFeO3 nanofibers and
their photocatalytic activity

Abstract: In this paper, one-dimensional LaFeO3 fibers with several different morphologies were
synthesized by electrospinning. The crystal structure and morphology were investigated by X-ray
diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscope
(TEM). The relationship between the morphology of fibers and the concentration of acetic acid
and metal nitrate in the precursor were discussed. The effects of morphology on photocatalytic
activity were also investigated. The results indicated that all the samples were the orthorhombic
perovskite. With increasing concentration of acetic acid in precursor solution, the morphologies of
fiber were nano-porous belt-like fibers, nanofibers and nanorods, respectively. With increasing
