摘要:本文采用固溶时效和离子渗氮工艺对 17-4PH 不锈钢进行了处理,利用金相试验和硬
度试验对试样进行了分析。研究了在固溶时效下离子渗氮对 17-4PH 不锈钢组织和硬度的影
响规律;调整处理对 17-4PH 不锈钢组织、硬度和渗氮层的影响规律。试验结果表明:17-4PH
不锈钢在 1040℃固溶、815℃调整处理、480℃时效处理、560℃离子渗氮处理,17-4PH 不
锈钢硬度达到最大值 HRC。

Abstract: Based on Solution and Aging and Ion nitriding process on 17-4PH Stainless Steel
processing, metallographic test and hardness test on the test specimen is analyzed. the influence
law of structure and hardness of 17-4PH Stainless Steel by Ion itriding based on Solution and
Aging was studied, and studied the law of the modification on Structure , Hardness and Nitriding
layer of 17-4PH Stainless Steel. The test results showed that the maximum value of 17-4PH
Stainless Steel on the treatment of solid solution at 1040℃, modification at 815℃, ageing
treatment at 480℃, ion nitriding at 560℃ is HRC.
