文档介绍:湖北工业大学硕士学位论文II Abstract With the economic and social development, China’s resource-constrained contradictions have e increasingly prominent, and the ecological environment situation is even grimmer. Recycling economy is a type of economic activities using ecological rules to guide the human society, which characterized by various levels of proficiency and closed-loop material and energy use. With the development of recycling economy, the goal of resource recycling and conservation, use efficiency and pollution minimization, fundamentally easing the pressure on our resources and environment, sustainable development can be achived. However, due to natural and geographical conditions and the economy base different from each other, recycling economy development model also varies. Qingshan District, as our country’s recycling economy pilot projects of second batch, its development of recycling economy is directly related to the trend of the local economy and the degree of realization “two-oriented society”construction with Wuhan city circle. Regional economy, recycling economy, regional recycling economy theory as a guide, this paper approached the regional recycling economy development model. At the same time, Qingshan District as an example, recycling economy development model suitable for local development had be explored to refer other parts of recycling economy construction. First, on the basis of latest research on the recycling economy at home and abroad, this article gave a brief overview of relevant theories: regional economy, recycling economy, regional recycling economy, and pointed out the necessity of developing regional recycling economy. Then, The paper focused on the regional recycling economy development model, such as the United States’ recycling business model, the Denmark’s ecco-industrial park model, Germany’s waste recycling model and Japan’s recycling society model , and the “3+1” model of Liaoning Province, the “3+3+1” model of Beijing,“governmen
