摘要
高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育是社会发展的必然产物,担负着为社会培养高素质舞蹈教育人
才的目的,对舞蹈教育的普及和舞蹈文化的传承都有着积极的推动作用。因此,高等师范院校
的舞蹈专业教育作为一门学科,其学科定位一定要准确,应充分认识到高等师范院校舞蹈专业
教育的价值,充分发挥高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育的作用。山东省高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育
在其发展过程中,取得了一定的成绩,但同时也不可避免的出现了一些问题,面对这些问题,
我们不能逃避,而应该充分认识到这是社会发展对于高等师范院校舞蹈专业提出的新要求。高
素质的舞蹈人才是舞蹈艺术发展的主要因素,本文通过对山东省高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育现
状的研究分析,提出一些具体的可行性建议。
本文主要有三部分内容,第一部分主要阐述了高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育在当今社会发展
中的价值,阐明了高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育的舞蹈文化传承的教育价值和文化价值,高等师
范院校舞蹈专业教育对于群众舞蹈发展的重要作用,从而说明了高等师范院校舞蹈专业的重要
性;第二是通过对山东省高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育的专业设置、课程设置、以及学生等方面
的分析,总结山东省高等师范院校舞蹈专业教育的概况;第三是通过对山东省高等师范院校舞
蹈专业教育的总结、分析,提出一些可行性的建议。

Abstract
The education of dancing in higher normal university is the inevitable production of
social development, it is responsible for the purpose to train the high-quality talents
about dancing education for munity, and it also has the positive promoting role
for the popularity of dancing education and the inheritance of dancing culture. so the
subject orientation of dancing education in higher normal university must be accuracy, it
should fully recognize the value of dancing education in higher normal university, and
fully play the role of dancing education in higher normal university. In the development
process of dancing education in higher normal university in Shandong province, it has
had some ess, but it also has occurred some problems inevitably, we can not avoid
facing these problems, while we should fully recognize that it is the new requirement for
dancing education in higher normal university from the social development. The dancing
talent with high-quality is the major factor for the development of dancing arts, this paper
shows some specific and feasibility mendations by analyzing the present situation
of dancing education in higher normal university in Shandong province.
