摘要
中国零售业景气具有非常雄厚的基础和良好的预期,但随着国际零售巨头,雄心勃勃的拓展中国市场,布局中小城市,各家公司将竞争的战场转向中小城市中国零售业也将继续高速发展。而零售业在中国市场的竞争会越来越激烈,无论是中国本土的商业零售企业还是已经登陆中国的外资商业零售企业,都明显地感受到了这种压力。一个不容回避的事实是:零售业的市场竞争已经达到白热化的阶段,零售业何去何从成为大众瞩目的焦点。外国零售企业的进入,为国内零售业带来了新鲜气息,丰富了零售市场的内容。它们都看好中国的巨大市场和消费者的消费潜力,决定将“以中国为主要供货市场”的经营战略转变为“以中国为重要海外销售市场”的战略。由于目前中国国内的零售业也相当红火,外资零售商店并不会对国内企业造成太大冲击。相辅相成的促进结果是:第一,中国的现代零售商店将继续走大型化与综合化的发展道路二是差异化个性化追求催生大型化与综合化零售商店三是中国商业地产的迅猛发展为零售商店大型化、综合化发展提供了可能。
