摘要:酒店行业作为第三产业中一个传统型服务行业,随着如家、汉庭、七天三大连锁酒店集团的不断扩张和整合,连锁酒店集团化发展已经成为一种重要趋势,然而随着连锁酒店数量和规模的不断扩大,连锁酒店集团的管理上出现客房安全及卫生不达标,员工流失率高,连锁酒店经营效益低等问题。鉴于此,本文通过对连锁酒店集团管理现状及问题的分析,并结合放羊式管理理论及其实施条件,提出了连锁酒店集团放羊式管理的理论模型及具体实施策略,最后通过如家连锁酒店集团实施放羊式管理的案例分析,验证了连锁酒店实施放羊式管理的效果。希望放羊式管理理论在连锁酒店集团管理中的实施为其管理水平的提高和集团经济效益的实现提供理论指导。

Research on the management of the hotel chain under the sheep management theory perspective
Abstract: The hotel industry as a traditional type of the tertiary industry in the service industry, with the continuous expansion and integration of Home Inns, Chinese front courtyard, seven three days hotel chain, the development of chain hotel group has e an important trend, but with the hotel chain, expanding the number and the size of large, chain Hotel Management on safety and health room is not standard, the high turnover rate of employees, management of low efficiency of chain hotel. In view of this, this article through the analysis of the present situation and problems of management of chain hotel group, bining with the sheep management theory and its implementation condition, puts forward the theoretical model of sheep management hotel chain and the specific implementation of the strategy, finally, Home Inns hotel chain group to carry out the Analysis on sheep management case, verify the implementation of sheep management chain hotel effect. Want to implement sheep management theory in the hotel chain management as the management level and realize the economic benefit of a group to provide theory guidance.
