高职生职业价值观、学业情绪与学业成就的关系研究

摘要
当前,职业教育已经成为高等教育的主力军,高职生的数量迅速增加,但他们的学习基础
普遍偏低,迫切需要探索与高职学生学习特点相适应的学习方法与策略,为有针对性地进行指
导提供依据。
职业价值观是个人对职业的认识和态度以及他对职业目标的追求和向往,职业价值取向直
接关系到今后的就业和职业发展。拥有稳定职业目标的学生学习态度积极,学习动机明确,学
习成绩较好。
学业情绪是指在教学或学习过程中,与学生的学业相关的各种情绪体验。认知评估会诱发
学生的学业情绪,而学业情绪又会影响学生的学习和学业成就,即学业情绪会影响学生的学业
成就,但学业成就以及成败经验的回馈又会影响学生的学业情绪。
本研究采用修订的职业价值观量表和大学生一般学业情绪问卷,对宁夏三所高职院校的
469 名学生进行施测,探查了高职生职业价值观和学业情绪对学业成就的影响。结果表明:
(1)修订的职业价值观量表与大学生一般学业情绪问卷具有较好的信效度。
(2)职业价值观量表由发展、地位、声望和保健四个维度构成,其中男生在声望和地位维
度上的得分高于女生。
(3)大学生一般学业情绪问卷由积极高唤醒、积极低唤醒、消极高唤醒和消极低唤醒四个
维度构成,不同学科的高职生在这四个维度上的表现有很大的不同。
(4)高职生职业价值观、学业情绪对学业成就有正向预测作用。
(5)高职生学业情绪在职业价值观与学业成就的关系中有部分中介作用。

Abstract
At present, the vocational education has e a major force in higher education, the rapid
increase in the number of vocational students, but the basis of their study was generally low, and the
urgent need to explore the characteristics of vocational students adapt to learning methods and
strategies, as there is for provide the basis for the guidance of conduct.
Occupational values was personal’s professional knowledge and attitude to pursue his career
goals and desire, occupational value orientation is directly related to future employment and career
development. Career goal is a stable positive learning attitude, a clear motivation, academic
performance is better.
Academic emotion refers to the teaching or learning process, and students a variety of
academic-related emotional experience. Cognitive assessment of student academic emotions will be
evoked, and academic emotions would affect student learning and academic achievement, the
academic emotions will affect the student academic achievement, but academic achievement and
ess or failure would affect the student experience of feedback from the academic emotions.
