金圣叹《左传》评点研究

摘要
金圣叹是明清时期最重要的评点家,是中国古代重要的文学批评家,他的评点“通
作者之意,开览者之心”,是作品的第二次创作。《水浒传》与《西厢记》经他评点后,
成为广泛流传、脍炙人口的文学精品。他的评点才华不止体现在小说和戏曲上,唐诗宋
词、秦汉古文皆有批点。《左传》是中国古代优秀的历史、文学著作,其文学成就为历
代文人所推崇。自宋代吕祖谦、真德秀评点《左传》以后,对《左传》各种形式的评点
层出不穷,金圣叹的《左传》评点就是其中水平较高、影响较大的一种。金圣叹评点《左
传》主要见于《天下才子必读书》和《左传释》,金圣叹在他的小说、戏曲评点中也曾
表达对《左传》文学艺术的赞美。本文以“金圣叹《左传》评点”为题,以七百余年的
《左传》评点史为纵坐标,以金圣叹评点体系的构建为横坐标,探讨金圣叹《左传》评
点在《左传》评点史上地位及在其评点理论体系中的地位。本文分三章:
第一章概述金圣叹与《左传》评点,金圣叹作为一个游离于主流之外的知识分子,
通过评点为自己在生前生后赢得了巨大的声誉,他的历史贡献是许多金榜题名者望尘莫
及的。《左传》评点开始于南宋吕祖谦和真德秀,其发展与科举考试尤其是明清时期的
八股文考试息息相关。
第二章重点论述金圣叹《左传》评点的三大方面。首先是评点的准备工作,金圣叹
对所选文章的大胆删改是其评点的一大特点。其次是金圣叹通过细致、亲切的评点介入
阅读过程,为读者营造与众不同的阅读体验。最后,金圣叹的评点的主要目的是揭示《左
传》的文法,提高读者的古文写作水平。
第三章的主要内容是金圣叹《左传》评点与八股文的关系以及金圣叹《左传》评点
对后世的影响,尤其是对《古文观止》的影响。

Abstract
Chin Sheng-t’an is the most important dynasties of Ming and Qing dynasty, he is also
the most important Chinese ancient literary critics, his punctuation and annotation that
"Combing the writer's intention , open the mind of reader", is the second creation works.
After mentaries, All Men are Brothers and Romance of the West Chamber e
widespreaded, and be well known as a high-quality literature. mentaries talent not
only reflected in his fiction and drama, but also at Tang and Song poetry. Tso Chuan is the
excellent works on history and literature of ancient Chinese, its literary achievements owe a
highly praise of scholars. After ment of LvZuqian and ZhenDexiu who lived in
Song dynasty, various forms mentaries emerge one after another. Chin Sheng-t’an’s
comment of Tso Chuan is one of the higher levels of them, which have greater influence.
