摘要:目的:研究不同栽培地川芎根际土壤真菌和土壤细菌多样性差异。方法:提取土壤微
生物总 DNA,利用特异性引物,PCR-DGGE 扩增,采用 Shannon-Wienner 指数和 Simpson
指数评价微生物多样性,采用聚类分析比较相似性。结果:成功提取了川芎根际土壤微生物
总 DNA,并进行了 PCR-DGGE 多样性研究。结论:不同栽培地区,川芎根际土壤细菌和真
菌多样性差别较大,川芎苓种繁育地土壤微生物多样性较药材栽培地差别明显。

Abstract: Objective: To study the diversity differences of munities in rhizeosphere soils
from different habitats of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. Methods: Microbial total DNA was extracted
by DNA extraction kit and amplified by PCR-DGGE. Diversity differences of munities
were analyzed by Shannon-Wienner index and Simpson index. Cluster analysis was used to analyze
DNA similarity. Result: Microbial total DNA in rhizeosphere soils from different habitats of
Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort. were extracted and munities diversity were studied by
PCR-DGGE. Conclusion: The diversity of rhizeosphere bacteria and fungal from different habitats
were different.

川芎来源于伞形科植物川芎(Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.)的干燥
