摘要:本文在 320℃对 316(00Cr17Ni12Mo2)奥氏体不锈钢进行多道次的等径角变形(ECAP),
其中Φ=135°,ψ=45°,以改善其组织、力学性能和电化学性能。微观组织观察结果表明:
ECAP 变形多道次后晶粒明显细化。XRD 分析结果表明在 ECAP 变形后的样品中没有发现
形变马氏体。ECAP 变形后 316 不锈钢抗拉强度和屈服强度显著增加,延伸率大幅下降;电
化学性能结果表明:316 不锈钢的腐蚀电位固溶处理的- 增加到 8 道次变形的-,
耐腐蚀性能随等径角变形道次的增加逐渐增强。

Investigation on improvement of properties of an austenitic
stainless steel by equal channel angular pressing

Abstract: 316 (00Cr17Ni12Mo2) austenitic stainless steel was used to achieve superfine grained
structure by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP) for times at 320℃, Φ=135°,ψ=45° to
improve its microstructure, mechanical and electrochemistry properties. The results of XRD showed
deformation martensite was not found in the samples after ECAP. Tensile strength and yield strength
increased significantly after deformation, elongation decreases rapidly. Electrochemical properties
results of 316 stainless steel show that the corrosion potential from - up to - after eight
times deformation, the corrosion resistance of 316 stainless steel gradually enhanced with time
increasing.
